Patient presented with extremely
sensitive teeth. 2nd molar revealed evident occlusal decay underneath a
partial old, clear sealant. 1st molar had a mesio-occlusal amalgam, an
occlusal composite, and three potholes. Premolar had an old
disto-occlusal composite with open margins.

2nd molar, post-decay removal, placement of
Vertise Flow. Premolar and 1st molar post-old restoration removal,
lining of deep preparations with Vertise Flow, and placement of Premise
composite. Potholes were also filled with Vertise Flow.

The one year postoperative appointment
revealed no composite wear (even on the potholes), and retained
esthetics without any sensitivity issues.
