Kerr Dental features 15 different head shapes designed to fit an FG shank. Each are designed to promote safety and comfort, and are sold at 5 per pack. These burs are easily cleaned and sterilized, using an aldehyde-free disinfectant with an ultrasonic cleaner. After cleaning, simply removal residual disinfectant with water and dry the instruments. Sterilize using steam for only 5 – 20 minutes, depending on steam temperature. Kerr TDF Carbides are used to provide superior restorations in three easy steps: Trim, Define, and Finish. Containing high quality stainless steel FG shanks, these burs feature a Safe End head shape. Available in a variety of head lengths and sizes, these burs are sold in a convenient multi-pack containing five burs.
The MW Series Trimming and Finishing Carbides come in both Football and Flame heads and feature the FG shank, yet are available in different head lengths and head sizes for your convenience. Trimming carbides in this series are also available in packages of five high-quality carbide burs. Finally, Kerr Dental offers the BluWhite carbides, which have all been produced with high standards and rigorous quality control procedures. The shanks are either nickel or gold-plated to aid against corrosion and promote longevity of your instruments. While a little higher in price, BluWhite carbide burs are plated prior to fluting, which reduces the risk that residual plating will come off during the cutting process. Your carbides will last longer and work more efficiently. They are available in a variety of shank types, and head shapes and sizes. Join the thousands of clients who know that Kerr Dental has the carbide burs dental providers can depend on.
