Non-carious cervical lesions (NCCLs) are a multifactorial pathology characterized by the loss of hard dental tissues at the cementoenamel junction, occurring independently of bacterial activity. These lesions are closely associated with the location, duration, frequency, and intensity of occlusal stress. If left untreated or poorly restored, NCCLs can lead to various complications, including dentin hypersensitivity, increased susceptibility to caries, restoration failure, and even root fractures. The combination of universal adhesives and advanced composite materials makes the restoration of NCCLs simple, safe, and effective both functionally and aesthetically. Contemporary techniques now allow the restoration process to be carried out efficiently and consistently using a single composite mass. This clinical case demonstrates how to achieve excellent results in the restoration.
