    Do I register as an existing or brand-new customer?

    If you've placed an order through a Kerr sales representative, but haven't created an online account, you still need to register before shopping online. You can register by following the instructions provided and selecting Existing Customer ("Yes, I have a customer number...") when prompted. If you've never shopped with Kerr online or offline, you must as a Brand-New Customer (No, I would like to request a customer number").

    How do I register as a brand-new customer?

    If you’ve never purchased from Kerr Dental, whether online or through a sales representative, please register as a brand-new customer:

    1. Select Register on at the top-right corner of the Kerrdental.com/ homepage

    2. Select whether you are a university resident or not, answer no to the question "Do you have a customer number?"

    3. After submitting your registration, please allow the Kerr Dental Account Maintenance team about two business days to verify your registration. Once done, you will receive a confirmation via email. 

    How do I register as an existing customer?

    If you’ve shopped through a sales representative but never purchased from Kerrdental.com, you need to register as an existing customer in order to shop the online catalog:

    1. Select Register on at the top-right corner of the Kerrdental.com/ homepage

    2. Select Existing Customer ("Yes, I have a customer number...")

    3. Enter your Customer Number and Zip/Postal Code (you can locate this on any invoice, or reach out to customer care our your Kerr Representative)

    What happens when I have submitted my registration?

    Once you register, your account will need to be verified by our Account Maintenance team to complete the registration process. For Existing customers, this is done instantly. For brand-new customers it may take up to two business days.

    After they verify your account, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and a link to verify your email address. Once you have verified your email you'll be able to sign in to see pricing and add items to your cart. 

    What does “pending verification” mean?

    Once you register, your account will need to be verified by our Account Maintenance team to complete the registration process. After they verify your account, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and a link to verify your email address. Once you have verified your email you'll be able to sign in too see pricing and add items to your cart. 

    What is the timeline of my account getting verified?

    About 2 business days. If your account is pending verification after 5 business days, please reach out to customer service.

    Why can’t I see prices?

    You must be logged in to see prices and add items to purchase.

    Can I purchase products online if I live outside of the US?

    The Kerr store allows online purchases for customers that reside inside the United States.

    Can I purchase online if I am a goverment, university or community health center

    Unfortunately, you cannot create an online account to purchase. You will need to visit our find my rep page and order through a Kerr Rep due to a purchase order needing to be created. 

    What can I buy online?

    Only Endodontics products are available for purchase on our online store for US customers. Restoratoves, TotaCare, Lab and Rotary products are available for purchase via a dealer.

    How can I track my orders?

    Visit your account after you sign in and you can see the tracking number for your orders.

    How much is Shipping for the online store?

    Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99

    Free standard shipping for all orders over $99. Offer void if purchased product is returned and you will automatically be billed the full MSRP for any promotional product that you retain.     What if I need to make a return?

    We’re happy to accept returns for a full refund within 60 days for most items purchased directly from store.kerrdental.com online or through our Kerr Sales Representative.  

    • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase (invoice date).

    • Items must be in their original condition, undamaged and unopened with factory seals intact.

    • Kerr Dental will provide prepaid return shipping label and shipping instructions.

    • Product tied to a promotion can only be exchanged, no credit will be provided.

    • Products purchased in a kit or set cannot be returned and/or exchanged as individual components.

    • To initiate a return visit your customer profile and select the returns button in the left column.

    Our Customer Service team will contact you within two business days with your return authorization number (RMA#) and instructions on how to return the product. Products must be returned with a traceable tracking #, and the RMA# written on the box. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the necessary RMA#.
